My name is Brandon Caws, I am an AVID Certified Edit Assistant and Photography enthusiast from Southampton, UK, based in Werne, NRW.

 

I found my love for editing at age eleven whilst me and my brother created our own home movies and Doctor Who adaptations. Getting into YouTube content creation in 2011, it ultimately led me to study Film at Queen's University Belfast.

 

After years of battling mental health issues, I dropped out of my dream course yet I was unable to detach myself from editing. Initiating an organic desire to improve daily at my craft, I committed myself to post-production with the goal to aspire to inspire. Whilst undertaking various freelance work, I inevitably returned to complete my degree.

Following graduation, I have landed multiple jobs in the industry as an Edit Assistant at ITN and MTV/Paramount in London, working on shows for Netflix, Paramount, MTV, ITV, Channel 4, Channel 5 and Comedy Central.
